Living Patriot Guarantee:

At Living Patriot, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a refund for your purchase made after our initial “Challenge of 1776″ Special Offer campaign.

Shipping:

Living Patriot uses USPS and UPS for delivery within the U.S. including APO/FPO addresses. All international orders are subject to additional charges and purchasers will be contacted via email prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:

Living Patriot is happy to exchange your purchase with another selection or refund your money according to our guarantee described above.

Living Patriot is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Living Patriot will reimburse the return shipping charges to your credit card or PayPal account once we receive your item in good condition.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Living Patriot will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

To exchange or refund an item:

Step 1:

Go to our “Contact Us” page and select “Shipping and Return Policy” under the “Concerning” pull-down menu.

Step 2:

Input your information into the required fields which are “Your Name,” “Your Email” and “Your Message” then click “Send.”

Step 3:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Step 4:

Use the return label that was included in your box. Please be sure your Order ID #, found on your email receipt, is on the return label for fast processing.

Step 5:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

Step 6:

Ship the package to:
